What you'll do
- Install and provide technical support on client premises
- Support clients via Remote Desktop
- Provide telephone customer support
Key requirements
- Knowledge of operating systems and Office software package
- Experience with LAN-WAN network services
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Skills in software installation and Wi-Fi network setup
- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
- Driver's license
- Familiarity with Windows Server and SQL Server
- Experience in PC hardware assembly
- Computer Science
