What you'll do
- Lead transformation workshops
- Design and execute iteration workshops on SuccessFactors module topics
- Partner closely with global customers and Deloitte colleagues across the network
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Configure and implement SuccessFactors solutions tailored to client landscapes
- Conceptualize technical integrations across complex system environments
- Own test cycles and rollouts ensuring quality at every stage
- Diagnose problems, conduct rigorous analysis, and develop elegant solutions
- Contribute to the evolution of SuccessFactors and HR Transformation offerings
- Participate in presales activities and shape new opportunities
- Manage work against project plans with precision and accountability
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to instill confidence in teams and clients
- Present compelling cases using clear messaging and data
- Build relationships across diverse teams and client organizations
- Deliver exceptional client experiences consistently
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- HR transformation strategy and consulting methodologies
- SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation
- Workshop facilitation and project management
- Business analysis and problem diagnosis
- Client relationship management and communication skills
- Presales activities and technical integration
- Business Management / Human Resources Management / Engineeringpreferred
