What you'll do
- Shape practical technology solutions with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Lead workstreams across technology strategy, transformation, operating models and governance.
- Design and refine technology strategies to optimize investments and competitive advantage.
- Manage transformation programs and governance across multiple workstreams.
- Implement operating models, governance frameworks and control mechanisms for technology functions and PMOs.
- Assess technology landscapes, identify optimization opportunities and analyze technology spending and value drivers.
- Translate business and technology challenges into strategic recommendations and support organizational change.
- Lead project and program management activities, including planning, risk and issue management, change control and milestone tracking.
- Contribute to benefit realization plans and business cases that quantify improvements and efficiency gains.
- Apply transformation frameworks and emerging technology and digital trends to client engagements.
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Technology strategy, business transformation and enterprise technology environments.
- Program and project management, including Agile and hybrid delivery models.
- Technology economics, business analysis and value realization.
- Technology operating models, governance frameworks and organizational design.
- Stakeholder management, change management, and risk and issue management.
- Professional English.
- Business Administration / Engineering / Computer Science / Information and Communication Technology / Economicspreferred
