What you'll do
- Collaborate with client executives on data strategy, platform development, and AI transformation initiatives
- Shape and grow Financial Services Data & AI offerings across Europe
- Cultivate business opportunities and lead responses to RFP/RFQ/RFI processes
- Oversee Financial Services project portfolios with consistent delivery oversight
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships based on value delivery
- Direct strategic engagements by establishing vision, success criteria, team assembly, and governance
- Advise delivery teams on regulatory and compliance matters for AI-enabled financial solutions
- Mentor and guide consultants within Financial Services Data & AI
Key requirements
- 15+ years' experience
- Data and AI technology knowledge including modern data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Databricks
- Consulting expertise with experience advising C-level stakeholders in financial services
- Program/delivery management with leadership of large-scale data and AI transformation projects
- Data strategy development and business problem translation into data/AI solutions
- Regulatory and compliance management covering Basel 3.1/CRR3, BCBS239, AML/AFC, DORA, EU AI Act, and model risk management
- AI transformation including AI governance, human oversight, explainability, and deployment in regulated environments
- Data architecture and modeling, governance, lineage, real-time processing, and large-scale data management
- Leadership in discovery phases, governance frameworks, stakeholder alignment, and target operating models
- Machine Learning and contemporary AI capabilities such as RAG, Agentic Systems, and multimodal AI
- Computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, distributed systems
- Computer Science / Applied Mathematics / Any Fieldpreferred
