What you'll do
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams to keep projects on track and manage risks.
- Apply project management skills and digital technology knowledge across transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple teams, track progress through data-driven insights, and resolve delivery challenges.
- Manage schedules, resources and dependencies; prepare leadership reports and dashboards.
- Support program and project governance, including risk and issue management.
- Use collaboration and project management tools to improve transparency and control.
- Draft and refine PMO frameworks, governance processes and supporting documentation.
- Train and onboard client teams on new processes and governance; prepare materials and support knowledge transfer.
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Project & program management, PMO, governance, schedules, resources and dependencies.
- Digital transformation and technology fundamentals, including technology-enabled business value.
- Agile delivery and hybrid delivery models.
- Jira, Confluence, MS Project and Power BI.
- Risk and issue management, data-driven analysis, dashboarding and reporting.
- English.
- Business Administration / Engineering / Computer Science / Information and Communication Technology / Economicspreferred
