What you'll do
- Participate in implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of WMS and logistics solutions
- Analyze warehouse processes and customer requirements to translate into system solutions
- Configure WMS functionalities according to customer operational needs
- Support integrations with ERP and other third-party systems
- Investigate and troubleshoot functional and data-related issues using system tools, logs, and SQL
- Support customers and partners during testing, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production
- Deliver training sessions to users and partner teams
- Collaborate with consultants, developers, support teams, and customers for successful project delivery
- Provide feedback to Product and R&D teams for continuous product improvement
Key requirements
- WMS and ERP software knowledge
- Warehouse and logistics processes understanding
- SQL and relational database skills
- System integrations including EDI and XML
- Analytical skills, problem-solving, and troubleshooting
- Communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and teamwork
- Training delivery and time management skills
- Computer Science / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Engineeringpreferred
