What you'll do
- Partner with client executives on key Data & AI initiatives including data strategy, platform builds, and AI transformation
- Contribute to the development and evolution of Financial Services Data & Analytics offerings
- Nurture business opportunities and lead RFP/RFQ/RFI responses with strategy and storytelling
- Manage Financial Services project portfolio and oversee delivery of key engagements
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships focused on value delivery
- Lead initial phases of strategic engagements including vision setting, team formation, and governance
- Consult delivery teams on financial sector regulatory and compliance requirements for AI solutions
- Coach and mentor next-generation consultants in Financial Services Data & Analytics
Key requirements
- 15+ years' experience
- Deep data and AI technology knowledge including Machine Learning, RAG, and AI governance in regulated environments
- Strong consulting acumen and stakeholder alignment in financial services context
- Program and delivery management for large-scale data and AI transformation projects
- Financial services expertise including banking data models, processing systems, KPIs, and regulatory frameworks like Basel 3.1, BCBS239, AML/AFC, DORA, EU AI Act
- Modern data platforms experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and Databricks
- Data architecture, data modeling, enterprise data governance, lineage, and real-time processing
- Ability to translate business challenges into data and AI solutions
- Leadership experience in consulting or financial institutions
- Computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems
- German language skills
- Computer Science / Applied Mathematicspreferred
