What you'll do
- Collect and track the progress of change requests
- Ensure Business and Development teams fully understand requirements and that implementations meet customer expectations
- Participate in defining and analyzing business requirements
- Identify customer and business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
- Provide teams with detailed and accurate defect reporting
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Business analysis, requirements gathering and analysis, and requirements documentation
- Functional and technical requirements translation and business requirements communication
- Customer needs analysis and client and operations training
- Software development lifecycle
- Defect reporting, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
- Greek language, English language, and travel availability
- Computer Science / Technology-related Fields
