What you'll do
- Organize and coordinate daily food service operations including shift planning and cleaning schedules
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond professionally to requests
- Monitor department operational budget
- Check cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas
- Participate in staffing and training of hotel positions
- Guide and train staff to meet high quality standards
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and ISO forms
- Oversee PDA operation and coordinate distribution to waiters
- Supervise orders, receipts, and inventory management
- Control reservation system and issue booking lists
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Experience in 4- or 5-star hotel role
- Education in tourism
- English language proficiency written and oral
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of Protel
- Knowledge of a third foreign language French or German
- Administrative skills and team management
- Organization and coordination of daily food service operations
- Professional handling of customer requests
- Monitoring department operational budget
