What you'll do
- Ensure smooth shifts through customer-focused service
- Conduct on-the-job training according to departmental standards and procedures
- Demonstrate service standards in line with company requirements
- Follow company Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints
- Serve cocktails, long drinks, non-alcoholic beverages and signature cocktails
- Prepare drinks using recipes and beverage preparation techniques
- Upsell while meeting guest needs
Key requirements
- Bartending, Cocktail service, Long drink service and Non-alcoholic beverage service
- Beverage preparation techniques and Upselling
- Customer-focused service and Guest complaint handling
- Food and Beverage industry experience and Food and Beverage technology
- Health and Safety procedures and On-the-job training
- Greek language and English language
