What you'll do
- Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify popular products and improvement areas.
- Provide personalized customer service and address guest inquiries, comments, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Apply responsible alcohol service practices and manage intoxicated guests in line with applicable regulations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including opening and closing reconciliation.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory, report shortages, and support inventory counts and waste control.
- Rotate and organize stock to prevent spoilage and use ingredients and supplies efficiently.
- Follow safety, hygiene, food-handling, and equipment-use protocols while maintaining bar cleanliness.
- Collaborate with kitchen and F&B staff to support smooth service and efficient operations.
- Train new staff on beverage preparation and customer service practices.
- Communicate clearly with the bar team and other departments to address guest and operational needs.
