What you'll do
- Prepare high-quality cocktails and beverages for hotel guests
- Prepare different kinds of coffee and non-alcoholic beverages
- Track bar stock and submit orders
- Operate POS systems
- Maintain the workstation according to cleaning and hygiene standards
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Upsell products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and support guest satisfaction
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Cocktail-making, spirits knowledge and bar product knowledge
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Coffee preparation and non-alcoholic beverage preparation
- Stock management and POS systems
- Cleaning and hygiene standards and health and safety compliance
- Upselling, organization, attention to detail and English language proficiency
