What you'll do
- Ensure smooth shift operations through customer-focused service
- Conduct on-the-job training according to departmental standards and procedures
- Deliver service in line with company standards
- Follow company Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints
- Operate cocktail, long drink, non-alcoholic beverage and signature cocktail menus
- Prepare drinks using recipes and preparation techniques
- Upsell while meeting guest needs
Key requirements
- Bartending and food and beverage industry experience
- Customer-focused service and guest complaint handling
- Cocktail preparation, drink recipes and drink preparation techniques
- Upselling
- Health and safety procedures
- Greek language, English language and food and beverage technology
