What you'll do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify popular products and improvements.
- Handle cash and credit transactions and complete opening and closing reconciliations.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and assist with stock counts to control waste and costs.
- Maintain proper stock rotation and organization to prevent spoilage.
- Follow health, safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service protocols, including managing intoxicated guests.
- Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams to deliver smooth service and assist with training new team members.
- Communicate clearly with the bar team and other departments to address guest needs.
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Beverage preparation, classic cocktails, and modern recipes.
- Customer service, complaint resolution, and responsible alcohol service.
- Health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Cash and credit transaction handling, inventory management, and stock rotation.
- Bar cleanliness and hygiene, food and beverage operations, and service execution.
- Sales trend and customer feedback analysis, computer systems, and English language.
