What you'll do
- Monitor corporate and gaming/betting infrastructure performance and functionality
- Respond to service failures by implementing prescribed resolution steps
- Maintain monitoring tools and propose improvements to optimize system functionality
- Supervise relevant contractors and oversee their performance against service standards
- Prioritize, evaluate, and resolve hardware and platform support tickets
- Handle technical issues involving gaming and betting applications and communication circuits
- Escalate incidents and problems, support investigations, and track resolution progress
- Provide end users with updates and clarifications on incident procedures
- Maintain documentation and incident reports detailing problems and resolution steps
- Execute user access provisioning and deprovisioning processes
- Gather data to support responses to audit inquiries
- Use basic Linux commands and help improve automation scripts
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Technical support, help desk support, and end-user technical support practices
- Incident management, incident escalation, and technical issue resolution
- Infrastructure monitoring and monitoring tools
- Ticketing systems and network operations
- User access management
- Linux commands, automation scripts, and technical documentation
- Hardware and platform support
- Computer Science / Any Field
