What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of engineering tools, including data pipelines, visualization tools, optimization workflows, and AI agentic workflows
- Drive daily execution by managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and blockers
- Assign clear accountability to an engineer for every active workstream
- Define and enforce standards for architecture reviews, code reviews, testing, documentation, and performance
- Break ambiguous engineering needs into scoped, estimable work and challenge low-value scope
- Remove technical and organizational bottlenecks, including infrastructure, data access, tooling, CI, and dependencies
- Partner with designers, test engineers, and software developers to create a prioritized roadmap
- Drive adoption of AI coding agents while ensuring engineers review and own their output
- Report progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to leadership
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Software development, software architecture, and technical program management
- Python and MATLAB
- SQL databases and large-scale datasets
- Data pipelines, visualization tools, and optimization workflows
- AI coding agents
- Code review, software testing, and CI tooling
- Electrical Engineering / Computer Science / Any Field
