What you'll do
- Review and validate technical documents, licenses, and certifications
- Evaluate designs, prepare budgets, and guide vendors on construction delivery
- Set priorities, anticipate risks, and keep projects on track for timely delivery
- Coordinate design standards across internal and external engineering teams
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and report to stakeholders
- Ensure vendor work meets quality standards and technical requirements
- Resolve technical issues and provide hands-on support to on-site teams
- Collaborate with other teams during rollout phases for seamless implementation
- Review vendor invoices and confirm alignment with completed work
- Liaise with authorities and support technical documentation preparation
Key requirements
- AutoCAD and architectural design
- Technical documentation review and technical and legal compliance
- Construction project management, budget preparation and monitoring, and project reporting
- Vendor coordination and stakeholder coordination
- Risk management, quality assurance, and technical problem-solving
- Design standards coordination, invoice verification, and Salesforce
- Civil Engineering / Architecture / Mechanical and Electrical Engineering / Engineering
