What you'll do
- Oversee on-site construction activities ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to meet project milestones
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality standards
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports and schedules
- Implement safety protocols and promote a safe working environment on-site
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Knowledge of construction processes and health & safety regulations
- Experience in site inspections and coordination with project managers and subcontractors
- Proficiency in project documentation and relevant software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
