What you'll do
- Implement architectural study checks in coordination with structural and electromechanical studies
- Prepare technical reports ensuring proper project implementation
- Estimate and prepare work and material articles securing timely procurement and execution
- Schedule work on overall, monthly, weekly, and daily bases communicating plans to project management and partners
- Supervise onsite work and coordinate labor and crews ensuring safety and timely completion
- Communicate with project management, supervisors, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure scheduling and material flow
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during construction
- Plan and organize technical tasks required for project execution including those outside contract scope
- Prepare and communicate project progress to management ensuring transparency
- Ensure application of quality construction standards and appropriate construction techniques
- Collaborate with other departments and provide technical support when needed
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Project management and technical coordination skills
- Experience with construction methods and application of materials
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
- Ability to analyze and coordinate multi-disciplinary studies
- Knowledge of scheduling and construction site organization
- Technical problem solving and team leadership abilities
- Strong communication skills and English language proficiency
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
