The Senior SAP MM-WM Consultant is a key role which is crucial for the digital transformation of ΕLVAL’s, and generally Aluminum segment’s manufacturing processes. You will be reporting to the Office Manager.&nbsp;You can look forward to the following tasks;<ul><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.</li><li>Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.</li><li>Provide administrative support to staff for daily office needs.</li><li>Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.</li><li>Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.</li><li>Administer the company’s info email inbox and ensure timely responses.</li><li>Assist in arranging travel and accommodation for staff when required.</li><li>Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.</li><li>Assist in organizing internal meetings and company events.</li><li>Perform basic record-keeping and filing tasks as needed.</li></ul>Your energy is requiredYou impress us with these qualifications;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree as a minimum.</li><li>Minimum 2 years’ working experience in a corporate environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.</li><li>Fully computer literate: competent to an intermediate level in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint &amp; Outlook) – certification considered an asset.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanour, attention to detail.</li><li>Experience working in an international, multicultural environment considered an asset.</li></ul>You have more to offer?
