Starting with the role:
Currently we are seeking to hire for a Bulk Account Manager to to develop, manage and oversee sales network .
During your day you will:
Be responsible for implementing the annual target plan as set; follow up existing customers;develop, guide & monitor sales; intervene promptly when results may not be achieved,taking timely decisions and appropriate action to bring things back on course
Execute brand communication plan in order to engage stakeholders to new company’s values
Systematic follow up of his portfolio in terms of credit, HSSE, volume and unit C1.Study company’s monthly results in the area of responsibility (in terms of volume, unit C1, C1, DSO, overdues)
Manage all aspects of the bulk business including, sales, pricing policy, on going projects, promotions, administration, and customer service.
Be aware of competitors movements in his area of responsibility and of their strengths/weaknesses
What you need to stand out:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in an Economics-related field
MBA or additional relevant studies will be considered a plus
At least 3 years of experience in years in retail or in wholesaling or industrial sales area
Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
Proficient use of MS Office tools
Travel flexibility is required

Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο η Motor Oil διαρθρώνει και υλοποιεί κάθε χρόνο ένα ολοκληρωμένο πρόγραµµα εκπαίδευσης και επιµόρφωσης των εργαζοµένων. Βασικός στόχος του προγράµµατος είναι ο συνεχής εµπλουτισµός των επαγγελµατικών γνώσεων των εργαζόµενων, η διεύρυνση των δεξιοτήτων τους και η αναβάθµιση της τεχνικής τους κατάρτισης ώστε να είναι δυνατή η υλοποίηση του έργου τους καθηµερινά αλλά και µακροπρόθεσµα.
Ως εκ τούτου το 2021 πραγματοποιήθηκαν προγράμματα εκπαίδευσης διάρκειας 34.878 ανθρωποωρών ενώ εκπαιδεύτηκε το 81% των εργαζομένων της εταιρείας.
