He/she also identifies vulnerabilities and security gaps and implements improvements to strengthen defenses.This role requires deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise, including the tuning and hardening of IT/OT and security infrastructure, as well as the ability to implement and continuously enhance security technologies and processes to ensure resilience against evolving threats.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Cyber Security Operations: enhance the organization’s cyber security operations, ensuring robust monitoring, detection, and response capabilities from cyber threats and vulnerabilities across cloud and on-premises environments.</li><li>Threat Detection &amp; Incident Response: Lead the design and implementation of automated threat detection and response mechanisms using advanced tools such as XDR, SIEM, and SOAR, ensuring 24x7 monitoring and response.</li><li>Incident Management: Act as the main escalation point for cyber security incidents, key stakeholder of the CyberSecurity Incident handling team, coordinating cross-functional teams according to the company’s playbooks &amp; procedures.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; Alerting: Perform continuous monitoring for indicators of compromise or policy violations, including tuning and hardening IT/OT and security infrastructure in collaboration with IT/OT stakeholders.</li><li>Vulnerability Assessments: Drive ongoing vulnerability management, penetration tests and red-team exercises, defining mitigation actions and workarounds to ensure a robust and resilient infrastructure.</li><li>Technology Research: Research and identify emerging technologies to enhance system and data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; knowledge sharing: Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure security built-in for running IT &amp; OT systems and services. Guide junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.</li><li>Advanced Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd level operational support and decision-making for security infrastructure (e.g., IGA, PAM, DLP).</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.</li><li>Advanced security certifications (e.g., CISSP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, AWS Security Specialty).</li><li>Min 6 years in Information Security industry focused on security operations, with proven expertise in incident response, threat detection, and security automation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, XDR platforms, scripting (Python, PowerShell), and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Good team player, self-confident, motivated, and independent.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li></ul>&nbsp;The Company Offers<ul><li>Opportunities for further development</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Continuous Learning and development.</li></ul>&nbsp;
