Continuously evaluate execution by spending time in field and by setting up appropriate KPI’s.</li><li>Set up a proper route planning to ensure excellence in coverage and execution.</li><li>Manage team to drive horizontal as well as vertical growth.</li><li>Know your market like the back of your hand.
