Shift Planning Analyst

Front Office Manager 

Sales Strategy Development: Support department development strategy and its implementation. Identify target markets and potential clients to grow the resort’s customer base.Client Relationship Management: Performs general office duties to support S&amp;M (e.g. filing, sending emails, typing). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and B2B including travel agents, corporate accounts, and individual guests. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty (B2B &amp; B2C). Support the DOS/SM during the contracting cycle.
