HR Specialist Sea Crete HotelsJob Purpose &amp; Key DeliverablesSeaCrete Hotels has been operating in Chania since 1990 in the area of Apokoronas.SeaCrete Hotels is a fast-growing business entity, currently operating with two hotels, targeting All-Inclusive, Beach, Family, 4 stars' vacations.Kiani Beach Resort I, is the latest member of SeaCrete Hotels family that started its operation in 2007 and since then has grown rapidly and successfully expanding it's footprint. As a result, in 2018 SeaCrete Hotels acquired the 3rd member of the family, Kiani Beach Resort II.As an HR Specialist in SeaCrete Hotels, you'll contribute to the business success by implementing the HR agenda for all the front-line employees. A wide range of responsibilities like recruitment, training, labor law implementation, health and safety and more will shape your day-to-day goals.This is a key role for an HR Specialist who can work with high sense of autonomy and accountability, able to provide effective visibility to his/her team. If you have talent and motivation, you'll find support and encouragement in every step of the way.Key Accountabilities:• Recruitment: Analyze, plan and execute all the recruitment needs of front line employees• Play an Integral Role in SeaCrete Hotels opening via ensuring proper personnel in place on time and within budget• Performance Management: Ensure optimum performance of front-line employees• Learning &amp; Development: Implement any training needed to support high performance• Labor Law: Overlook compliance with local legislation• Ensure appropriate involvement of key stakeholders in all relevant stages of the work (Accounting department &amp; Operation managers)• Compensation and Benefits: Implement recruitments within given budget• HR Technology: Utilize HR technology solutions for effective KPIs achievementEssential Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree from and/or experience in Operation roles in hotels industry. HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Pilot Beach Resort is the pioneer of Tourism in the area of Georgioupoli in Chania.With over 30 years of operations, is established in the European market with many International awards.The resort spans an area of 150 hectares, between the beach and the mountains.450 rooms in 9 different categories with 4 restaurants, 2 bars, SPA, conference center and sports facilities.Over 350 employees seize the opportunity to work in a pleasant, professional environment with opportunities to develop.<ul><li>Collaborate with all hotel departments, such as housekeeping, front desk, butlers, and management to ensure a thorough knowledge of each department's running and the equipment in their sections.</li><li>Respond actively to requests from guests and other members of staff who report maintenance requirements throughout the hotel.</li><li>Provide regular inspections of various equipment such as, swimming pools and their pumps, pipes, and filters, safety apparatus such as handrails, and stairwells.</li><li>Liaise with external contractors such as lift repairs to ensure that contracts are in place for the hotel and liaise with those contracts to complete repairs as and when required.</li><li>Fix issues around the hotel such as broken tiles, loose handrails, dirty swimming pool, leaking pipes, faulted air conditioning units, etc.</li><li>Maintain a proper and on-time service schedule for hotel heating and air conditioning equipment, including AC units, water heaters, and boilers.</li><li>Supervise the maintenance team and conduct regular performance reviews to address concerns.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to guests at all times.</li></ul>
