Key Responsibilities:Receive new filing requests, meticulously examining the provided information to ensure adherence to Geneva Liner guidelines and seeking clarifications from agencies worldwide and Geneva HQ when details are unclear.Enter ocean freight rates into our internal TMS application.Investigate disputes between MSC and clients by identifying procedural lapses and determining steps that were not properly followed.Educate agents on necessary requirements, fostering an efficient workflow by ensuring timely filing of rates with fewer errors.Align with both individual and team goals, actively engage in team meetings, and uphold the company's core values.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00Required Qualifications: Skills &amp; Requirements:Fluency in English, both oral and written.Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.Strong attention to detail.Good organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.Eagerness to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.No previous experience needed – we welcome fresh graduates with no prior experienceYour Growth Path:At MSC, we offer more than just a job; we provide a career path filled with learning and development opportunities.
