The role helps to drive organisational performance on the objectives of Quality (through effective recruitment, development, and engagement of capable and motivated team members), Performance (through performance management, reward and recognition), and Compliance (through compliant and efficient HR Operations, policies &amp; procedures).&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Talent Development &amp; Employee Engagement</li><li>Serve as a Talent Development Ambassador by actively promoting and implementing learning initiatives.</li><li>Identify and nurture talent across departments, supporting career progression and succession planning.</li><li>Conduct regular performance appraisals and ensure personalized development plans for team members.</li><li>Drive employee engagement through creative internal communication, events, and activities, ensuring proactive follow-up on engagement survey results.</li><li>Handle employee relations and grievance issues with professionalism, fairness, and discretion.</li></ul>&nbsp;HR Strategy &amp; Business Partnering<ul><li>Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team to deliver strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Provide coaching and guidance to department heads on people management, organizational design, and workforce planning.</li><li>Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for both senior-level and volume positions, ensuring timely hiring and smooth onboarding processes.</li><li>Support succession planning and talent pipeline development.</li><li>Compensation, Benefits &amp; Compliance</li><li>Analyze competitive market trends and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all labor, immigration, and employment regulations.</li><li>Oversee payroll processes (internal and external) and ensure accurate and efficient HR administration.</li><li>Handle disciplinary procedures and legal matters with consistency and in alignment with company policies.</li></ul>&nbsp;HR Operations &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services including recruitment, payroll, and administration.</li><li>Plan and manage the annual HR budget, monitor personnel costs, and provide accurate reporting to local management and corporate headquarters.</li><li>Ensure full implementation of corporate and local HR policies and procedures.</li></ul>What we need :<ul><li>Proven work experience as a Human Resources Manager, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
