From this role, you will be responsible to enhance our relationship with our Bancassurance Partner, by managing the day-to-day insurance sales operations, providing appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.&nbsp;Role responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Execute sales through leads generated via referrals from the assigned bank partner.</li><li>Analyze customers’ needs in insurance areas and cover these needs from company’s product range</li><li>Cross sell and up sell to client base</li><li>Provide post- sales servicing and manage customer relationship</li><li>Meet personal and team sales targets</li><li>Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments</li><li>Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data</li></ul>&nbsp;Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>BA/BS degree or equivalent</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills</li><li>Self-motivated and driven</li><li>Ability to deliver under pressure to short deadlines and cope with changing priorities</li><li>Team Player</li><li>Computer use competency&nbsp;</li></ul>What we offerOur goal is to attract the best of the best and to ensure that our people enjoy their work environment.
