We are looking for a passionate CAMO Reliability Engineer to join the Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) at SKY express. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing aircraft and component reliability across the Airbus and ATR aircraft. The position plays a critical role in supporting maintenance activities and driving corrective actions to improve safety, airworthiness, and fleet performance.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain the Sky Express Fleet Reliability Programme.
Define, generate, and report Reliability parameters and statistics on regular basis.
Analyze technical reliability KPIs, including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and On-Time Performance (OTP).
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of PIREPs and MAREPs, implement corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
Analyze Aircraft and Components reliability data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Lead Repetitive Defects Investigations (RDI) and propose and track corrective actions.

Requirements:
Academic Degree in Engineering or a Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License, Category B1 or C.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Reliability engineering, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in aviation maintenance environment. Familiarity with Airbus and ATR aircraft is preferable.
Strong understanding of EASA Regulations, including Initial and Continuing Airworthiness.
Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Proficient in IT (MS Office suite).
Flexibility to be on call and respond to operational requirements when necessary.
Flexibility to travel.
