The position reports to the Electrical Maintenance Manager in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on plant electrical systems and equipment to ensure continuous and safe operations.</li><li>Support the implementation of energy efficiency and process improvement projects.</li><li>Monitor and analyze equipment performance, identify root causes of failures, and propose corrective actions.</li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance shutdowns and capital projects.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety standards, environmental regulations, and TITAN procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments (mechanical, production, automation) to resolve technical issues and optimize performance.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment status, and spare parts.</li><li>Participate in digital transformation initiatives related to maintenance (e.g., predictive diagnostics, RTOs).</li><li>Liaise with external suppliers and contractors as required.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives within the department.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering from a Polytechnic University.</li><li>3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the cement or heavy industry sector.</li><li>Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, automation, and power distribution.</li><li>Knowledge of energy management systems (ISO 50001) will be considered an asset.</li><li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive and safety-oriented mindset.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate across departments.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English (oral and written).</li><li>Fulfilled military obligations (if applicable).</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Annual medical check-up</li><li>Pension plan</li><li>Performance bonus</li><li>Prepaid supermarket card</li><li>Learning and Development opportunities</li><li>Summer schools &amp; internships for employee children</li><li>Wellness programs &amp; employee offers</li></ul>&nbsp;
