The General Manager will own the full P&amp;L and strategic agenda, scale subscription-based and mission-critical services, and position the company as a trusted secure mobility and telematics partner across EMEA—combining hands-on business leadership with group-level governance.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Define and execute the company’s strategic vision, aligned with growth priorities in automotive connected services, secure logistics, video telematics and SaaS.</li><li>Translate strategy into clear plans with milestones, budgets and KPIs per product line, segment and geography.</li><li>Identify and lead new growth opportunities (organic, tenders/large contracts, channel and partner development).</li><li>Drive commercial expansion by managing top strategic accounts and leading B2G, logistics and OEM negotiations.</li><li>Oversee pricing, go-to-market models and key partnerships to accelerate MRR/ARR and recurring revenue.</li><li>Represent the company in high-stakes customer, partner and industry discussions, strengthening its reputation as a high-reliability, value-adding partner.</li><li>Oversee mission-critical operations across logistics, automotive and people-related services, ensuring SLA compliance, 24/7 uptime and standards across Secure Operations Centers and the Control Tower network.</li><li>Implement standardized processes and continuous improvement across operations, field services, customer service and installation.</li><li>Ensure effective risk management, governance and regulatory compliance in security/telematics environments.</li><li>Own full P&amp;L, including budgeting, forecasting, margin and cash-flow management per product line/business unit.</li><li>Build and maintain KPI dashboards for MRR/ARR, churn, NRR, SLA performance, install-base health, profitability per segment and contract performance to enable data-driven decisions and transparent Board reporting.</li><li>Lead IT system optimisation, including ERP migration and integration with CRM and operational platforms, ensuring data integrity, interoperability and robust reporting.</li><li>Champion digital platforms, analytics and automation to enhance service delivery, monitoring and incident management.</li><li>Recruit, onboard and develop key leadership roles, strengthening the domain-expert management team and closing critical skills gaps.</li><li>Build a high-performance culture with clear objectives, feedback loops and strong accountability for results.</li><li>Mentor and develop managers and high-potential employees, fostering succession planning and leadership depth.</li><li>Lead organisational change through structured processes, transparent communication and targeted upskilling/reskilling.</li><li>Participate actively in Board meetings, providing insight-driven updates, scenario analysis and recommendations.</li><li>Operate effectively within the governance framework, balancing local entrepreneurship with group standards, policies and expectations.</li><li>Represent the company at industry forums, conferences and strategic partnership discussions across EMEA.</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer) or related technical field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5 years in senior leadership with proven P&amp;L responsibility in a businesses with turnover around €5–15m (or similar complexity).</li><li>Proven track record as CEO, General Manager or P&amp;L Leader in a founder-led or family-owned business, preferably within a larger group.</li><li>Experience in telematics, IoT, mobility, security systems or tech-enabled operations with integrated hardware/software/service and 24/7 monitoring.</li><li>Demonstrated success in subscription-based / recurring revenue models, including MRR/ARR growth and churn management.</li><li>Background in mission-critical operations with 24/7 service environments and SLA-driven performance.</li><li>Experience in both multinationals and entrepreneurial mid-market companies, able to bridge structure and agility.</li><li>Strong commercial acumen with expertise in B2G negotiations, RFP/tender management and strategic account leadership.</li><li>Comfortable operating in cross-border European markets and managing international clients and partner networks.</li><li>Excellent command of Greek and English, written and spoken.</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong operational discipline and KPI / data-driven mindset, able to quickly understand and optimise complex operations.</li><li>Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and readiness to dive into detail when required.</li><li>High emotional intelligence, resilience under pressure and ability to operate in high-liability, compliance-heavy environments.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder-management skills (Board, shareholders, group leadership, clients, suppliers, regulators, partners).</li><li>Proven ability to build strong teams, develop talent and balance specialist expertise with broader governance needs.</li><li>Calm authority with credibility from control center and field staff up to Board and group leadership.</li><li>Collaborative, trust-building leadership style, inspiring confidence through change and transition.</li><li>Pragmatic, not dogmatic, balancing shareholder expectations with on-the-ground realities and customer needs.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset, integrity and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.</li></ul>
