The SAP Product Configuration Expert analyze business requirements, configure systems per approved designs, document specifications, and execute testing to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions. We work together to shape the future of energy and we focus on developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that shape our journey towards the energy transition.&nbsp;Starting with the role:We are looking to hire a&nbsp;Corporate Development Specialist to join our Strategic Development &amp; New Ventures team.&nbsp;<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Conduct industry and new markets research and analysis to identify, assess and propose potential business development targets</li><li>Assess market research and carry out financial analysis and risk assessments to evaluate business opportunities and their strategic fit to the organization</li><li>Support the coordination of new business establishment process and related activities e.g. Shareholders’ Agreement negotiation and drafting etc.</li><li>Participate in projects, Energy and non-Energy related, from a Commercial standpoint by working closely with External Advisors, SMEs, Project Managers &amp; other Experts</li><li>Contribute to projects related to corporate transformation &amp; improvement to enhance MOH’s efficiency and create synergies where possible</li><li>Create presentations and other strategic analysis material to facilitate Senior Management decision-making</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration</li><li>Master’s degree in Finance or MBA, preferably, non-compulsory</li><li>At least 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a Strategy/Finance/Commercial department of a Group of Companies or in a consulting firm undertaking Corporate Finance/Strategy/M&amp;A projects.&nbsp;Experience of the energy sector will be considered as an asset</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior colleagues</li><li>Detailed understanding of valuation methodologies.
