About the job
As a Reporting Integration Specialist, you will support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the reporting data infrastructure, ensuring the availability and integrity of data utilized in management and external reporting.
What you will be doing
Document detailed business requirements for new implementations and change requests related to the data aggregation infrastructure
Carry out thorough User Acceptance Testing to guarantee smooth, accurate and high-quality releases to production
Analyze, develop, decompose and tests complex algorithms and calculations, as well as present their results in a clear and effective manner
Contribute to mapping Data Lineage and defining Critical Data Elements to strengthen data governance and improve end-to-end reporting accuracy
Work with stakeholders to ensure that data classifications are in alignment with regulatory requirements and Bank’s policies and methodologies
Define validation rules that ensure data accuracy, coordinates the implementation of relevant checks and controls evaluating the criticality of data quality findings and communicate potential opportunities for data quality improvements
Utilize programming skills (e.g. SQL, python) to automate manual tasks, transform granular datasets and optimize data flows
What you need to have
Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics or other quantitative field of study
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or other quantitative field of study
At least three (3) years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a banking institution or an audit/consulting/FinTech firm
Experience in Data Governance and familiarity with relative concepts and terminology will be considered a plus
Hands-on experience in data management, programming languages (e.g. SQL, python) as well as data modelling will be highly appreciated
Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Structured mindset and commitment to producing high-quality results
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
