PURPOSE OF POSITION<ul><li>The Beverage Manager ensures the efficient operations of all bar lounges, bars, restaurants, special events and all Guest areas, where beverage service activities take place.</li><li>You are required to be hands on during peak service periods by ensuring that beverage operations, sanitation, environmental &amp; maintenance procedures are in line with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as to assist in the organization of duties, not directly related to the Beverage Department.
