You will directly collect, validate, cleanse, and load data from internal or external systems into databases to enable successful user adoption of analytics tools and reports. &nbsp; The position will work with Strategic Marketing Managers and other program support resources to provide analysis, creative feedback, and prepare findings for presentation to management.&nbsp;During a Typical Day, You’ll&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;Partner with the line of business owners and other key stakeholders in GTM planning and the day to day running of the EMEA DMe business.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist the Sales Managers accountable for achieving revenue goals across the B2B business. Diagnose gaps and develop action plans to improve performance across the region.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Drive the weekly and quarterly Forecast and Outlook process using pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage local execution of Sales Quota setting and validate attainment and exception requests.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Assess current business practices and provide innovative ways for improved efficiency and effectiveness&nbsp;What You Bring to the Role&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;3-5 years of work experience in sales operations or related field. &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to be successful working in highly matrixed organization and able to build support and strong relationships with key stakeholders and peers&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong Excel skills.
