We are looking for an individual who will bring expertise and new ideas to the table, to grow and evolve the business as part of a high performing team.&nbsp;Key Accountabilities:<ul><li>Co-creates&nbsp;360°&nbsp;Marketing &amp; Communication plan&nbsp;for brands of responsibility</li><li>Coordinates all related activities, working closely with product, sales, exports and creative teams and&nbsp;monitors progress vs plans</li><li>Secures&nbsp;brand image in all touchpoints&nbsp;(product packaging, ATL, BTL, web, digital, e-retailers)</li><li>Responsible for end-to-end execution of&nbsp;Digital&nbsp;and&nbsp;ATL campaigns</li><li>Leads the design and&nbsp;excellent implementation of BTL campaigns&nbsp;within budget in direct cooperation with Product, Trade and Sales Departments, ensuring the appropriate POSM per store allocation, based on both customer segmentation as well as brands’ A&amp;P budget and strategy</li><li>Works closely with product and creative team to build our brands’&nbsp;next generation brand image</li><li>Responsible for&nbsp;end-to-end development and execution&nbsp;of&nbsp;packaging artwork&nbsp;of&nbsp;assigned products and&nbsp;product ranges,&nbsp;securing brand image&nbsp;and&nbsp;product features&nbsp;are&nbsp;well communicated&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;timely artwork deadlines</li><li>Competition analysis&nbsp;to provide required&nbsp;references, inputs and&nbsp;key information&nbsp;on packaging artwork</li><li>Analyses and identifies the need&nbsp;of product and range communication content, based on brands’ strategy, insights and customer needs, in order to decide what, when and how to&nbsp;communicate for all media and channels</li><li>Approves, follows-up and&nbsp;secures that communication messages are fulfilled&nbsp;in the communication execution and&nbsp;evaluates its effectiveness</li><li>Plans and Manages&nbsp;social media calendar and campaigns&nbsp;for assigned brands</li><li>Sets-up and executes&nbsp;social media&nbsp;(Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok ) and&nbsp;Newsletter campaigns, monitors and reports on achieved targets and performance</li><li>Craft stories and&nbsp;compelling copy&nbsp;that fit&nbsp;brand tone of voice&nbsp;and experience proposition for&nbsp;social&nbsp;platforms,&nbsp;website,&nbsp;ads,&nbsp;print,&nbsp;press releases, newsletters, as well as effective headlines, taglines, and calls to action</li><li>Identifies industry trends, providing expert advice on marketing and advertising techniques and pitching fresh and innovative ideas</li><li>Manages&nbsp;and monitors&nbsp;A&amp;P budget</li><li>Closely&nbsp;monitors brands’ performance&nbsp;of all the&nbsp;promotional activities&nbsp;evaluates the outcomes and proposes accordingly.</li><li>Closely&nbsp;monitor competition’s&nbsp;activities (e-commerce, promotions, social media &amp; newsletter content etc)</li><li>Work closely with&nbsp;external vendors like Digital Agency, Media, etc</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree&nbsp;in Business Administration, Marketing or related field from&nbsp;a well reputable University&nbsp;with&nbsp;excellent academic record</li><li>Master's Degree will be considered as a plus</li><li>4-6 years&nbsp;of experience in a similar position</li><li>Outstanding&nbsp;written and verbal communication skills in&nbsp;Greek &amp; English</li><li>Very strong Digital Marketing skills&nbsp;including:&nbsp;Hands-on experience&nbsp;in using&nbsp;email marketing platforms (&nbsp;copy creation and design, segmentation, automation, reporting)&nbsp;social media platforms and ads&nbsp;(concept, copy, creation, targeting, optimization, reporting), knowledge of web and social media&nbsp;analytics platforms&nbsp;(Google Analytics, Meta etc)</li><li>Copywriting skills&nbsp;– strong on Social Media, Web and ads</li><li>Strong&nbsp;Understanding of&nbsp;design,&nbsp;branding&nbsp;and&nbsp;marketing principles&nbsp;and techniques</li><li>Commercial understanding:&nbsp;Ability to put company’s strategy into practice, transfer commercial and marketing needs into concrete projects and clearly convey the right message</li><li>Internet and technology savvy&nbsp;and always up to date with the latest trends and technologies</li><li>Previous work experience in a&nbsp;retail, wholesale or e-commerce business</li><li>Other&nbsp;EU language&nbsp;knowledge would be an advantage</li><li>Computer literate&nbsp;and Google search savvy.
