The Service Delivery Specialist role is a key contributor to the successful implementation and support of IT projects within the domain of corporate applications, including financial systems, retail, legal services, warehouse management, HRMS and ITSM platforms. The&nbsp;Solutions Architect&nbsp;is accountable for architecting and designing comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements in support of a given portfolio.
