Technical Superintendent

Vessels IT Officer

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Performs day-to-day activities such as accounting entries, register and filing, bank and other general ledger accounts reconciliations.</li><li>Reviews and posts all accounts receivable invoices in IMOS and Navision prepared by operations department.</li><li>Books in IMOS and Navision all accounts payable invoices and maintains all vendors’ accounts on a daily basis.</li><li>Books in IMOS and Navision all AR collections.</li><li>Performs quarterly, year-end revenue and voyage expenses accrual process.</li><li>Analyzes voyage P&amp;Ls and ensures that the TCE results are accurate. As a Freight Risk and Market Analyst, based in Athens, you will be part of the Shipping Deals Desk, our middle office team providing market and risk analysis globally on a real time basis. The team’s primary responsibilities revolve around monitoring all elements of risk and exposure related to commercial activity and report it directly to the Management Board daily. Commercially, the team contributes by providing to chartering team with risk assessments and analysis which highlight their exposure, optionality and P&amp;L. Freight Risk & Market Analyst

Monitor and control the safe and cost-efficient technical operation of assigned LNG vessels using the available resources, the defined parameters of cost, commercial viability, and operational excellence in line with Owners’ expectations. &nbsp; Key Accountabilities: Technical Support <ul><li>Understand the customers’ contractual agreements to be able to deliver the ship management services for each vessel, in a cost-efficient manner. </li><li>Review the compliance of deliverables from subcontractors’ agreements and requirements to ensure the optimum, efficient, and safe operation of each assigned vessel. </li><li>Monitor the operations of equipment and machineries, identify potential discrepancies, and suggest solutions to enhance vessels’ efficiency, performance, and safety. </li><li>Participate in the development of maintenance and repairs plan.
