Monitor and control the safe and cost-efficient technical operation of assigned LNG vessels using the available resources, the defined parameters of cost, commercial viability, and operational excellence in line with Owners’ expectations. &nbsp; Key Accountabilities: Technical Support <ul><li>Understand the customers’ contractual agreements to be able to deliver the ship management services for each vessel, in a cost-efficient manner. </li><li>Review the compliance of deliverables from subcontractors’ agreements and requirements to ensure the optimum, efficient, and safe operation of each assigned vessel. </li><li>Monitor the operations of equipment and machineries, identify potential discrepancies, and suggest solutions to enhance vessels’ efficiency, performance, and safety. </li><li>Participate in the development of maintenance and repairs plan. Ensure that time schedule, deliverables quality and budget are within the borders of the contractual agreement and organization’s procedure. </li><li>Project the requirements in maintenance and repairs activities, spare parts, and technical training of the vessels. Forecast the budget needed, report to Manager and remain within the limits of the established maintenance plan. Technical Superintendent - LNG

The commercial and operational container shipping activity is carried out in the Metals &amp; Minerals division under the Operations Department Management. YOUR PROFILE<ul><li>A required minimum 2 years’ experience as a Head Waiter, Assistant Maitre’d, or similar position, within a premium brand hospitality environment. OCEAN - Head Waiter

Part of our Housekeeping team on our River vessels, the Trainee Stateroom Steward/ess will be learning more about the position and what it is like to work onboard one of our river ships. Training program can be completed in 2-5 weeks. Upon completion, Viking will consider you for the position for which you were trained.
