As a TC Freight Analyst, you will be responsible to ensure proper handling of all payments related to Time Charter and Owned Fleet vessels and more specifically to review and evaluate payables/receivables based on existing agreements, update and monitor Group’s software/applications with all necessary information and communicate accordingly with all relevant stakeholders, internal or external. This is a role requiring high degree of accountability and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The role reports directly to the TC Freight Analysts Manager who is based in Athens.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Review & Process all relevant invoices regarding Time Charter and Owned Fleet Vessels
Review & Negotiate of disputes (Off-hires / Underperformance Claims) arising under TCP in conjunction with Operations Department
Ensure all payables/receivables are monitored and followed up based on agreements
Manage and Complete Final Hire reconciliation statements
Process TC Relet out invoices
Manage the information entry and integrity across all software applications used by the division
Manage internal recharges/invoices for accounting purposes
Voyage results reporting
Comprehend & Explain reason of variations from Estimates on TCE & PnL
Report to Management
Abilities, Experience and Qualifications:
Degree Level education in Shipping or Economics
Fluent in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Technical knowledge to include:
Understanding Shipping Terminology
Tanker operation fundamentals will be considered an asset
