Grant Thornton’s Outsourcing Services practice is continuously growing, offering high quality services to our clients, committed to “making a difference every day” and is currently seeking to employ an Administration Officer&nbsp;for a corporate client.The role in more details:<ul><li>Events’ related activities &amp; Medical information: Shopping Cart creation &amp; archiving for all events’ related activities (documentation, banners’ courier to/from event’s venue, invitations, mass email/ sms) &amp; copyrights’ related requests</li><li>Administration and logistics support of local medical affairs</li><li>Medical Affairs’ miscellaneous such as&nbsp;new vendors’ creation, existing vendors’ update, vendors’ agreements upload using company’s systems</li><li>Archiving, updating, uploading related material in company’s portal</li></ul>To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):<ul><li>University degree in Business Administration or Business related subject</li><li>At least&nbsp;2-3 years of experience working in Pharma industry or Medical function</li><li>Excellent command both in Greek &amp; in English (written &amp; oral)</li><li>Good knowledge of SAP/SRM or other related tools</li><li>Strong organizing, multitasking and analytical skills</li><li>Critical thinking, time management, prioritization</li><li>Agility to adapt in a transforming environment and digital savvy for new systems</li><li>Proved ability for crisis management</li><li>Passion for results, excellence &amp; precision</li></ul> Just So you know… If you have imagined a career that goes beyond business as usual, then you are in the right place. Administration Officer
