About the job
oin OPAP's Retail Engagement Team as an Office Support Employee! In this role, you'll be the organizational backbone, helping to keep the operations of the department running smoothly and efficiently!
Your day to day will include:
Following relevant policies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent and controlled work
Managing the Head's calendar and coordinating appointments with internal teams and external stakeholders
Handling correspondence with external partners and vendors, such as banks and service providers, as directed by the Head
Preparing reports and presentations as requested by the Head
Assisting in budget preparation, monitoring costs and budget utilization
Providing daily administrative support, including office supplies, filing, expenses, travel arrangements, and call screening
Maintaining and updating the team’s archive, including technical manuals, equipment specifications, warranties, and contracts
Recording team activities and requests in systems
What you need to succeed:
1+ years of similar working experience in administrative roles
Good knowledge of team processes and procedures
Familiarity with OPAP products and operations
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure
Keen attention to detail and multitasking prowess in a fast-paced environment
