As a Senior Software Engineer you will be joining the software development team of Digital Platforms Domain of Alpha Bank IT Digital Services &amp; Data Analytics Division. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of software solutions that meet the business requirements and unique needs of our clients. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our software solutions, mentoring junior developers, and driving the technical direction of our projects.What you will be doing •&nbsp; Design and develop full-stack applications related to AlphaBank Digital Assets, including mobile and web banking platforms, using the latest .NET, Angular frameworks •&nbsp; Collaborate with the team to define and evolve the software architecture, design and develop complex, scalable software solutions. •&nbsp; Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to junior team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code on schedule. •&nbsp; Provide guidance and support to resolve complex technical issues. •&nbsp; Assist in projects estimation and planning, providing technical input and helping the team set realistic goals and timelines. •&nbsp; Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and modern development methodologies. What you need to have •&nbsp; A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other related discipline •&nbsp; Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices for building modular and maintainable systems. •&nbsp; Experience in designing scalable and resilient systems that meet performance, security, and reliability requirements. •&nbsp; Experience in leading software development teams. •&nbsp; Experience in .Net framework. •&nbsp; Experience in Angular framework. •&nbsp; Experience in DevOps and Agile methods and practices. •&nbsp; Familiarity with architectural patterns like SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), microservices design patterns, message brokers (e.g., Apache Kafka) and integration platforms •&nbsp; Familiarity with one or more RDBMS like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL •&nbsp; Fluency in English language, both written &amp; verbal •&nbsp; Familiarity with iOS and/or Android development will be considered a plus •&nbsp; Prior experience in a banking environment will be considered a plus.What we offer &nbsp; It’s all about our people.
