Senior Platform Support Engineer

As a Systems Engineering Specialist you will be placed in the IT Infrastracture &amp; Operations Division and you will be responsible for planning, organizing and registering the Bank’s IT Assets (information systems, infrastructure components and services) in the Bank’s Central Registry Database through the change process management. You will ensure the availability and integrity of the Central Registry Database information and will support the IT Service Management processes.&nbsp;What you will be doing • &nbsp; &nbsp;Configure and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Create new or support existing KPIs. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Interact with other members of the team to provide end-to-end service monitoring and support. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Follow up vendor tickets and implement the suggested workarounds when required. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide reports using BI Tools. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Contribute towards a continuous service improvement culture, while providing targeted education and coaching on service measuring and improvement methodologies.
