Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling to assess client business performance.</li><li>Participate in the development and implementation of restructuring plans alongside strategies for performance improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with senior consultants to manage client relationships and ensure the success of project deliverables.</li><li>Identify and apply strategic solutions in conjunction with operational improvements for comprehensive client strategies.</li><li>Prepare insightful reports and presentations for key stakeholders and clients.</li></ul> #WinningRequirements<ul><li>Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or other related disciplines.</li><li>MBA or Master’s Degree in any of the above fields.</li><li>ACA / ACCA / CFA qualification (or equivalent) will be considered advantage.</li><li>0-2 years of experience in a corporate environment or consulting firm.</li><li>Excellent numeracy skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to absorb and analyse large amounts of data quickly.</li><li>Excellent report writing and presentation skills.</li><li>Very strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset are essential.</li><li>Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and understanding of the accounting principles are essential.</li><li>Strong financial modelling skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English &amp; Greek.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.</li></ul>
