Θα παίρνεις αποφάσεις σε ένα γρήγορο περιβάλλον για να εξαλείψεις οποιοδήποτε εμπόδιο στο δρόμο των riders μας προς την ΤΕΛΕΙΑ παράδοση!Ως HUB Dispatcher καθημερινά:<ul><li>Παρακολουθείς και αντιμετωπίζεις ζητήματα από τη watchlist</li><li>Διαχειρίζεσαι εξερχόμενες κλήσεις με πελάτες και riders&nbsp;</li><li>Διασφαλίζεις ότι οι χρόνοι παραδόσεων των παραγγελιών του καταστήματος είναι εντός στόχων και προβαίνεις σε διορθωτικές ενέργειες προληπτικά και όποτε χρειάζεται</li><li>Συνεννοείσαι με τους riders μας για την ομαλή αποστολή των παραγγελιών</li><li>Επικοινωνείς με την ομάδα του καταστήματος για όσα θέματα αφορούν τις παραγγελίες μας</li><li>Διαχωρίζεις και αναθέτεις τις παραγγελίες σε riders &amp; van</li><li>Χειρίζεσαι περιπτώσεις επαναποστολής παραγγελιών (re-deliveries)</li><li>Ενημερώνεις και παρέχεις ανατροφοδότηση στους πελάτες για την κατάσταση της παραγγελίας τους εφόσον χρειάζεται</li></ul> What you need to be successful <ul><li>Έχεις 1 χρόνο εμπειρία σε ρόλο εξυπηρέτησης πελατών ή σε ρόλο dispatcher</li><li>Σου αρέσει να εργάζεσαι με γρήγορους ρυθμούς, με κριτική σκέψη και θέτοντας προτεραιότητες</li><li>Ξέρεις πως να βρίσκεις την ιδανική λύση σε κάθε πρόβλημα</li><li>Δίνεις προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια</li><li>Επικοινωνείς αποτελεσματικά και με ευγένεια είτε γραπτώς είτε προφορικά</li><li>Κατανοείς τις ανάγκες των πελατών και των διανομέων εστιάζοντας στην ποιοτική υποστήριξή τους</li><li>Γίνεσαι ένα με την ομάδα</li><li>Επικοινωνείς άπταιστα στα Ελληνικά και πολύ καλά στα Αγγλικά, τόσο στο γραπτό όσο και στον προφορικό λόγο</li><li>Έχεις διαθεσιμότητα για πλήρη απασχόληση, 5 ημέρες την εβδομάδα, με κυλιόμενο εβδομαδιαίο πρόγραμμα βαρδιών, από Δευτέρα έως Κυριακή</li><li>Έχεις ενεργό πιστοποιητικό υγείας - απαραίτητα</li></ul> Who we are efood is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door.
