As a Junior Construction Engineer on our Property &amp; Engineering Team, you’ll help shape the future of our retail network— setting priorities, solving problems, and ensuring every project stays on track for timely and quality delivery.&nbsp;Your day to day will include:<ul><li>Reviewing and validating all technical documents, licenses, and certifications</li><li>Evaluating designs, preparing budgets, and guiding vendors to deliver high-quality construction results</li><li>Setting priorities, anticipating risks, and keeping every project on track for smooth, timely delivery</li><li>Coordinating design standards and ensuring alignment between internal and external engineering teams</li><li>Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines — and keeping stakeholders informed with clear reports</li><li>Ensuring vendor work meeting quality standards and complying with all technical requirements</li><li>Troubleshooting technical issues quickly and providing hands-on support to teams on-site</li><li>Collaborating with other teams during rollout phases to ensure seamless implementation</li><li>Reviewing vendor invoices and confirming they match completed work</li><li>Liaising with authorities and supporting the preparation of technical documentation</li></ul>&nbsp;What you need to succeed:<ul><li>BSc in Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical &amp; Electrical Engineering.
