In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the process of orders for both Retail and E-commerce departments of Pet City Group. By managing orders through the WMS system and monitoring their progress, you will help guaranteeing accurate and timely fulfillmentof pet parents’ orders. The VAS Assurance Associate Engineer is responsible for providing 1st level support and troubleshooting for Value-Added Services (VAS) within the mobile domain, as well as for the Prepay platform.
