The Sales Trainer facilitates and delivers targeted, focused training to teach and strengthen client-specific knowledge and skills, including sales processes and systems. The Sales Trainer collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to deliver responsive programs and content designed to support the needs of the business, promoting efficiency, and increasing productivity. Works under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgement.DescriptionResponsibilities:• Ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and training toenhance job-specific knowledge and skills• Provide employees with skills-based, client-specific coaching and training to supportachievement of specific weekly/monthly/quarterly operating plan targets, sales targets,assigned performance targets, and high customer satisfaction• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver an effectivetraining and development program designed to enhance client-specific sales knowledgeand skills associated with any of our sales motions• Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop and implementstrategic sales plays and best practices for client/specific territories• Oversee, measure, and validate the delivery and quality of provided training• Track the effectiveness of training interventions through various assessment tools• Collaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders to optimize sales processes andsystems to achieve a superior customer experience• Maintain a high level of communication with internal stakeholders to ensure strategicclient relationship is fostered and developed• Maintain high level of knowledge and understanding about the client, customerinteraction, and evolving business environment for relevant training content creationand/or delivery• Help create a culture of continuous learning where individuals take responsibility for theirown development, competence, and performanceCandidate profile:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred</li><li>3+ years of experience working in a customer service, training, or sales capacity preferred</li><li>At least 9 months experience in Concentrix or 6 months in Concentrix in targeted role</li><li>Subject matter expert and proven leader within peer group</li><li>Prior experience in high volume calling preferred</li><li>Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM strongly preferred</li><li>Strong technical skills in MSOffice</li><li>Proven ability to prioritize concurrent projects and demonstrate project management</li><li>skills</li><li>Ability to communicate and demonstrate various strategies, platforms, and skills to varied</li><li>audience</li><li>Detail-oriented and proficient communication skills</li><li>Willingness to work on site from our office in Athens</li><li>Fluency in English C1</li><li>Italian, Spanish, German, French fluency will be considered an advantage</li></ul>
