About the role:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Credit Control Supervisor. Credit Control Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the process of orders for both Retail and E-commerce departments of Pet City Group. By managing orders through the WMS system and monitoring their progress, you will help guaranteeing accurate and timely fulfillmentof pet parents’ orders. Your ability to group and rout orders, verify completed picking, create external customer orders and resolve any issues, during the picking process, will be essential to delivering an excellent customer experience for our beloved pets and their parents.
